On June 5th, 2015, the Danish Constitution turned exactly 100 years old. The day also marked the 100th anniversary of women’s suffrage.

It was celebrated with a gigantic show on DR1 with the participation of prominent women through time, the Danish Parliament, the Government, and the entire Royal House.

The show took place in Tivoli’s Congress Center in Copenhagen, and offered equal parts of history, fun, and music for the approximately 1000 guests and numerous TV viewers who watched the show across the country.

The hosts were Ulla Essendrop, Nikolaj Koppel, and Barbara Moleko. TV2 and the Danish National Girls’ Choir performed on stage.

The show aired on June 5th, 2015 at 8:00PM (20:00) on DR1.
